Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping over $49 domestically. Expedited shipping is available. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from the date you place your order. Shipping delays are expected during sales.

Returns Policy

All refunds will be credited directly to your original method of payment. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Please note we do not cover return shipping costs. We recommend holding on to your postage receipt and tracking number.

Upon receiving a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that the provider of your payment method will make the refund within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us by post using a delivery service of your choice within 7 days of receipt, and we will issue a full refund. Please see the exceptions and requirements below:

The item must be returned in its unworn, original condition, with the tag attached.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is returned in unsuitable condition, worn, or stained. We will not be able to accept an item without its original tags.
Currently, orders cannot be exchanged unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
