Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping over $49 domestically. Expedited shipping is available. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from the date you place your order. Shipping delays are expected during sales.

Please contact hello@colorseekers.com if you do not receive a shipping notification within 4 business days.

Returns Policy

All refunds will be credited directly to your original method of payment. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Please note we do not cover return shipping costs. We recommend holding on to your postage receipt and tracking number.

Upon receiving a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that the provider of your payment method will make the refund within 7-10 working days. Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us by post using a delivery service of your choice within 7 days of receipt, and we will issue a full refund. Please see the exceptions and requirements below: 

• The item must be returned in its unworn, original condition, with the tag attached.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is returned in unsuitable condition, worn, or stained. We will not be able to accept an item without its original tags.
• Currently, orders cannot be exchanged unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
